Coaching Services
Impact Starts Within!
What’s the impact you’d like to see occur in your life?
It starts with you, and coaching can help!
If the term ‘coaching’ is new to you, it is important to understand the distinctions between counseling, mentoring and coaching in order to work with the appropriate professional. Coaches work with emotionally stable people who want to make changes in their lives that they have not been able to accomplish on their own. Coaching is about personal development and growth versus emotional healing.
Coaching is not about dispensing lots of information to a person. Coaching maintains that the clients have the answers within them and the coach facilitates powerful questions to help unleash them. When the answers come from within, the impact is personal and powerful. The coach also gives support to help clients take action with what they know and hold them accountable for the changes they want to make.
The beauty of Christian-based coaching is that God is always a part of the partnership, and the purpose of self-discovery is not for self-sufficiency, but for clearer understanding of yourself in order to be even more effectively used by God, and to give Him the glory.

Mentoring Services
Why consider seeking guidance?
”The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life.”
Proverbs 13: 14
A Christian mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor who provides wisdom from a Biblical perspective. This kind of guidance is aimed at resolving a problem or difficulty by suggesting a wise course of action.
An advisor, from the Latin word advidere, which means “to see” can be particularly helpful when negotiating seasons of:
- Focus, clarification and perspective
- Change, transition and growth
- Refreshment, renewal and rededication

Prayer and Spiritual Disciplines
Why is it important to pray?
The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man avails much.
Humans have the most incredible privilege given to us by God. We have the opportunity to commune with the holy God solely because of His invitation and great love for us.
Prayer is communication with God. Meshing our rhythm to His, so our heartbeat is in complete unison and synchronized to God’s heartbeat thus yielding to His over-all plan of fellowship.
How can a prayer mentor help?
Guidance from a trained and experienced Christian mentor equips you in your quest in achieving deeper prayer goals. Together while seeking wisdom and Biblical scriptures, you will sharpen your tools and knowledge to a lifestyle of transformational growth drawing closer to God during your personal times with Him.

What is training?
What makes training from a Christian perspective unique?
I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When the flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. Luke 6: 47-48
Training strategically combines knowledge with application to produce desired results. Training imparts a skill; it is the “how” to apply the knowledge gained from teaching. A trainer equips you to move forward independently on your own, with new insight, knowledge, and tools.
A Christian-based approach to training looks at the motivation of the vision or goal, as well as the implementation of the vision through action steps. The foundation, the motivation or vision, will be for God’s glory, and the action steps will reflect Biblical principles, which often times contradict what the world values.
